Colorful butterflies make-upbag

Voor deze make-up-bags combineerde ik een katoentje met felgekleurde vlinderprint en een katoentje mint green. Soms blijft het toch afwachten of de kleuren en prints die je combineert wel bij elkaar passen maar in werkelijkheid is dit een geslaagd experiment, al kan je dat op de foto niet zo goed zien. Veel meer kan ik je over dit naaiproject niet vertellen, dus laat ik de foto's voor zich spreken...

To sew these make-up bags I used two fat quarters. One with colorful butterfly print for the outside and another mint green one for the inside of the bag. Sometimes sewing feels like experimenting when you combining colors and fabrics whitout knowing what the result will be... but for this project it worked out really great! Pfieuw! Even though the pictrures ain't clear enough for you to see, in reality this is a good combo!
